Responsibilities
Support the company’s North American legal department on a range of intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, and software-related IP
Partner with internal legal and business teams to manage incoming and ongoing IP issues related to product development and technology
Qualification
Required
Candidates must have experience with intellectual property law, including trademarks and patents
Experience supporting software-related IP matters is required
Candidates must be able to support a combination of patent, trademark, and software development issues
Candidates must be able to work approximately 30 hours per week
Candidates must be able to work remotely and align with West Coast (PST) business hours, working ~6-hour days Monday–Friday
The candidate will be employed (W-2) by a workforce solutions company (employer of record) for the duration of the engagement
