Integration International Inc. is seeking a hands-on Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Engineer to support a large-scale manufacturing and assembly facility in Lexington, KY. The EHS Engineer will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, safety excellence, and continuous improvement during 2nd shift operations.

Responsibilities

Implement and support EHS policies, procedures, and site-specific programs
Conduct safety training aligned with regulatory and corporate initiatives
Lead incident and accident investigations, including root cause analysis
Perform EHS audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews
Coordinate corrective actions from audits and assessments with site teams
Support environmental permitting (air, water, waste) and compliance efforts
Serve as the primary EHS contact for government or regulatory inquiries
Partner with facilities and maintenance teams on fire and life safety controls

Required

Bachelor's degree in EHS, Engineering, or a related field
3–5+ years of EHS or Safety Engineering experience in a manufacturing setting
Strong background in ergonomics, machinery safety, and LOTO
Experience in large equipment manufacturing, CNC, or heavy fabrication environments
Knowledge of ISO environmental standards and regulatory compliance
Ability to work independently, think quickly, and communicate effectively across all departments

Preferred

Comfortable working in a union manufacturing environment (plus)
