The role involves assisting with employment litigation matters and supporting senior attorneys in managing all phases of litigation.

Responsibilities
Assist with employment litigation matters, including wage & hour claims, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation cases
Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses
Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries and memoranda
Participate in strategy discussions, depositions, and settlement negotiations
Support trial preparation and attend court appearances as needed
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in California
2+ years of experience in labor & employment litigation
Strong writing, analytical, and case management skills
Able to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
Familiarity with California employment law and litigation procedures
