Responsibilities

Provide support to internal users of Oracle Applications and legacy systems, ensuring maximum efficiency in their use
Participate in client-prioritized projects as an Oracle Applications Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Respond to user support requests in a timely manner to meet SLA obligations
Test and coordinate testing for new releases of Oracle Applications
Log application bugs and follow up with IT and Development teams
Monitor upcoming application releases
Train users and other team members on application features
Maintain application responsibilities based on the user’s work group
Serve as a reporting resource
Represent users at Data Center meetings, quarterly user meetings, and as needed
This position requires participation in an on-call rotation, with the expectation to provide after-hours support for urgent issues, system outages, or critical deployment needs. Candidates must be available to respond to and resolve issues promptly during assigned on-call periods. On-call support may require trips onsite to the client during irregular hours

Required

At least 2 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business, Electrical Engineering, Health Care, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

Preferred

At least 1 year of Health care information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or support work experience
At least 1 year of device management/integration work experience

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
