Vice President, Infrastructure Manager
MOHR Talent is seeking a Vice President, Infrastructure Manager to oversee the organization’s information technology systems and infrastructure. This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining IT systems, ensuring security and compliance, and managing infrastructure and service desk teams.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain server environments, including CPU, memory, disk, and storage capacity
Design, manage, and plan expansion of the virtualization environment
Ensure RTO and RPO objectives are met in alignment with data backup and recovery policies
Maintain and optimize monitoring systems for servers and network devices
Support network infrastructure and ensure patch management and system availability
Research and resolve infrastructure issues using appropriate resources and tools
Enforce the organization’s Information Security Program, including policies and procedures
Assist with incident response planning and investigation of security incidents
Work with leadership on GLBA, IT, and cybersecurity audits
Maintain awareness of emerging security risks, threats, and mitigation strategies
Ensure systems are properly hardened and patched
Ensure uninterrupted access to critical systems during power outages, disasters, or disruptions
Participate in root cause analysis and escalation of priority issues
Follow standard IT processes and procedures
Manage and supervise Infrastructure and Service Desk teams
Monitor staff performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Establish and enforce quality and service standards
Act as the final escalation point prior to IT Director involvement
Assist with budgeting by forecasting requirements, tracking expenditures, and analyzing variances
Support strategic planning initiatives and infrastructure modernization efforts
Identify and escalate risks or resource constraints proactively
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in a Systems or Network Manager role
Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2008 / 2008 R2 / 2012 / 2016)
VMware virtualization experience required
Veeam backup software experience required
Basic to mid-level experience with Cisco networking
Experience in system administration, network communications, and IT operations
