Responsibilities
Works within the department on day-to-day projects which include but are not limited to activities related to process improvement, project management, data support, reporting, documentation, and other assigned responsibilities
Builds relationships through meetings, events and one-on-ones with various employee owners and leaders
Focuses on real-world projects within the department
Collaborates with various departments throughout the company
Assists with deploying, auditing and troubleshooting the compliance/patching of company endpoints
Assists with maintaining and administering infrastructure and enterprise applications
Supports Windows desktop and server platforms
Assists with administering identity and access systems
Responds to and completes customer incident (break/fix) and service request tickets
Engages with vendor support as necessary to resolve technical problems
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or designate
Qualification
Required
Must be entering final year of undergraduate study at the time of application (Fall 2026/Spring 2027 graduation date)
Strong knowledge of business office procedures, office equipment operation, data entry/keyboarding skills and communication systems helpful
Self-starter who can operate proactively with a desire to learn new technologies
Able to organize, prioritize and problem-solve
Good interpersonal, writing, verbal and reading skills
Provide excellent customer service being competent, accurate, responsive and engaged
Preferred
Strong knowledge of PC for Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint)
