Territory Sales Manager – Fitness Equipment
Crawford Thomas Recruiting is representing a global leader in the fitness and wellness solutions industry, seeking a Territory Sales Manager to cover the greater Houston area. The role focuses on driving new business development, managing the full sales cycle, and maintaining strong client relationships across a diverse portfolio of products and services.
Responsibilities
Drive new business development and manage accounts across a 100-mile Houston territory
Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in gyms, health clubs, hotels, corporate wellness, healthcare, and other fitness-related industries
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to solution presentation, negotiation, and closing
Achieve local sales, profitability, and growth targets in line with company objectives
Deliver consultative, solution-based sales presentations tailored to client needs
Maintain accurate pipeline management and client activity records in CRM (Salesforce experience preferred)
Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities
Qualification
Required
3+ years of proven B2B field sales experience, with a track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
Experience selling solutions or consultative products; fitness/wellness industry background is a plus but not required
Comfortable presenting to senior-level stakeholders and navigating complex deals
Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficient with CRM tools; Salesforce knowledge is a plus
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
