New Grad, Entry LevelCraigCecilio.com is seeking a Capital Raising Associate who will work closely with a Team Leader to engage warm inbound prospects and develop capital-raising and sales skills. This role requires a proactive mindset and involves making outbound calls to warm leads while maintaining high levels of professionalism and discipline.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound phone calls to warm leads who have already engaged with the platform
Hold professional, confident conversations around financial opportunities
Follow proven scripts, frameworks, and call strategies while developing your own voice
Maintain consistent 6 hours per day of phone time
Accurately log activity and outcomes in the CRM
Collaborate closely with a Team Leader for coaching, feedback, and performance improvement
Represent the brand with professionalism, clarity, and confidence at all times
Qualification
Required
Confidence – you are comfortable on the phone and can hold authority in conversation
Financial acumen – or the ability and willingness to learn quickly
Sales experience – phone sales experience strongly preferred
Strong phone presence, tone control, and listening skills
Professional demeanor and disciplined work ethic
A “you got what it takes” mindset—competitive, coachable, resilient
Minimum 6 hours per day on the phone
Full accountability to activity and performance metrics
Long-term mindset—this role rewards those who show up consistently and execute
