Client Care Coordinator
Comfort Keepers has been Elevating the Human Spirit through its in-home care network for seniors and other adults. The Client Care Coordinator will act as a Client and Family Advocate, ensuring excellent personal care services and managing operations within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
Act as a Client and Family Advocate to match and select caregivers that will provide excellent in-home, non-medical personal care services
Ensure overall achievement of revenue objectives for an assigned territory
Manage operations within the territory
Respond to changes in care plans
Qualification
Required
Experience in coordinating health care or working in health care setting a plus
Experience in sales/marketing a plus
Creative business mind with proven problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a calm and courteous demeanor
Compassionate people's skills are a must
