Retirement Consultant

They are seeking a Retirement Consultant who will conduct analytical tasks to support the management of the Employee Savings Plan and Non-Qualified Plans, while also providing project support for financial wellbeing initiatives.

Responsibilities
Conduct biweekly payroll processes and reconciliations to ensure accurate administration of the 401(k)
Serve as the vendor manager for the 401(k) provider, overseeing plan strategies, monitoring legislative developments, and facilitating an engaging employee experience
Support the development of employee communications aimed at improving program utilization
Analyze data related to retirement program usage and identify opportunities for process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Math, Finance, Accounting, or related field required
Minimum of 4 years of experience in 401K administration required
Strong written and oral communication skills are required
Strong MS Excel and Presentation skills are required
Preferred
Ideal candidate will have Pension administration experience
Experience working with 20,000+ employee population preferred
