Responsibilities
Perform bank account reconciliations and initiate cash transfers and payment wires
Prepare monthly property-level accruals and maintain amortization schedules
Produce monthly property financial reports and supporting schedules
Manage year-end accruals and assist with audit-related requests
Review and analyze property general ledger accounts for accuracy and completeness
Partner closely with property management teams on financial matters
Calculate and prepare monthly management fees
Respond to ad hoc requests from internal portfolio and finance teams
Assist with onboarding new property assignments
Certify rent rolls and ensure rent payments are posted accurately and on time
Maintain multiple basis general ledgers across a portfolio of 25+ assets
Support additional accounting and finance initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
Prior experience in property accounting or real estate/property management required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
Advanced Excel and data management capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
