Responsibilities
Review and validate the fund administrator’s quarterly financial close work, including financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
Oversee the investor capital call and distribution process, including review and approval of investor allocations, management fees, and carried interest calculations
Collaborate with the management team to ensure accurate allocation of fund fees and expenses
Support quarterly tax reporting, filings, and payment processes
Prepare quarterly fund performance reports and assist with performance-related analyses for internal and external presentations
Assist in preparing and coordinating year-end audits, working closely with external auditors to ensure timely completion
Respond to ad hoc requests from internal stakeholders, investors, and external service providers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Advanced skills in financial modeling and financial statement analysis
Strong understanding of private credit and fund accounting principles
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with financial systems or fund accounting software is a plus
