New Grad, Entry LevelKoch Engineered Solutions is seeking a contribution-minded Accounting Analyst to join their Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable organization. The analyst will manage AP/AR processes, drive continuous process improvement, and communicate insights to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Own and manage AP/AR processes using advanced ERP and financial transaction knowledge with ownership of assigned business portfolio
Drive outcome-focused execution and continuous process improvement through transformational and nonlinear thinking
Build and maintain strategic partnerships and collaborate across multiple capabilities to enforce process discipline and accountability for accurate invoice reporting
Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement and problem-solving
Independently develop solutions and make high-level decisions, maintaining a strong economic and principled entrepreneurship focus
Communicate insights effectively through storytelling to influence stakeholders and inform decision-making
Qualification
Required
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect data and processes to business goals
Experience in accounting, finance, or business support roles
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel (spreadsheet creation, pivot tables, and data manipulation)
Business acumen and/or business process knowledge that enhances financial decision-making
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Experience applying technology solutions for data visualization and automation such as Power BI, Snowflake, Alteryx, or generative AI tools
Proficiency in large ERP and integrated accounting systems
