Responsibilities
Support studio and AV teams with setups, resets, and production needs
Maintain indoor and outdoor campus areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness
Assist with café operations including food prep, service, dishwashing, and cleanup
Support bar operations by restocking, cleaning, and assisting bartenders with setup and breakdown
Track and manage supply inventory, flagging shortages before they happen
Set up, stock, and reset meeting rooms, studios, and events with food, beverage, or equipment needs
Keep restrooms, member spaces, and common areas spotless and always ready for members and tours
Manage trash, dishware, utensils, and barware in compliance with health and safety standards
Partner with the Maintenance & Movers Team on campus upkeep and repairs
Support managers with additional operational tasks as needed
Participate in ongoing training to sharpen skills and maintain Lighthouse service standards
Qualification
Required
High school diploma (or equivalent) with a proactive, can-do attitude
Comfortable with physical work: lifting up to 30 lbs, bending, standing, and moving across indoor/outdoor spaces
Flexible availability (daytime, evenings, and weekends) and ability to work in varying conditions
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
A passion for creativity, hospitality, and contributing to an inclusive culture
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Frequent bending, standing, and walking
Comfortable working across both indoor and outdoor areas
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Preferred
Experience in hospitality, café, bar support, or public space attendant roles a plus
