Acquisition Sales Executive
US Claro is focused on nurturing and expanding relationships with strategically significant large customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities. The Acquisition Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales quotas, developing business relationships, and presenting proposals to clients, all while ensuring customer satisfaction and aligning with the company's strategic goals.
Responsibilities
Identify Acquisition Opportunities: Research the market to find potential clients and business opportunities
Develop Business Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
Present Proposals and Negotiate Contracts: Create and present customized business proposals to clients
Meet Sales Targets: Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals while effectively closing deals
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with Operations and Customer Service to implement acquisition strategies and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of client interactions and update information in the CRM system
Establish Professional Relationships: Build connections with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
Coordinate Resources: Engage appropriate company personnel to meet account performance objectives
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet assigned targets for profitable sales and strategic goals
Assess Customer Needs: Continuously evaluate and validate customer needs
Fulfill Sales Quota: Achieve sales quotas in strategic accounts
Ensure Profitability: Meet expectations for profitability
Maintain Funnel Accuracy: Keep the sales funnel accurate
Research Prospects: Identify and cold call potential clients to establish relationships
Achieve Strategic Objectives: Meet company-defined strategic objectives
Complete Account Plans: Develop strategic account plans that align with company standards
Qualification
Required
Bilingual (English-Spanish) a must
Bachelor's Degree
4-6 years of Experience penetrating new marketplaces using a vertical approach required
4-6 years Experience in the full sales cycle process: Prospecting, setting meetings, follow up, closing, etc
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including writing and proofreading
Ability to communicate information effectively and persuasively
Ability to read and interpret documents
