Support Care Professional Team Lead

Develops, implements, coordinates, and evaluates individual habilitation or treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities
Supervises direct care staff
Assists the Behavioral Health Specialist in conducting inter-rater reliability
Complies with agency policies and procedures under the Department of Mental Health, Bureau of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
Qualification
Required

Preferred
Typically requires High School Diploma or high school equivalency
3-5+ years of experience in Mental Health and Behavioral Health
May require a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) designation
