Responsibilities

Support, maintain, and improve Unified Communications systems—including phones, call control, contact center, messaging, collaboration tools, and voice/video services
Troubleshoot UC issues and perform regular maintenance and upgrades
Work with users, vendors, and technical teams to implement and optimize UC solutions
Review UC systems for security and stay current on telecom technologies
Research and recommend new tools or systems to improve collaboration and reduce costs
Create documentation, runbooks, and performance reports
Manage telecom inventory and handle moves, adds, and changes; train others as needed

Qualification

Telecommunications degree5+ years telecom experienceVoIP systemsLAN/WAN networksEnterprise collaboration platformsContact center technologiesGovernment sector experience

Required

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field—or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in telecom operations, VoIP, and voicemail systems
Strong understanding of LAN/WAN networks as they relate to UC systems
Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting
Valid Colorado Driver's License with acceptable MVR

Preferred

Experience with enterprise-level collaboration platforms and modern UC ecosystems
Hands-on knowledge of contact center technologies and workflows
Prior experience working in government, public sector, or highly regulated environments
