Responsibilities
Oversight of project operations
Managing budget, schedule, etc
Managing field staff, project engineers, and admin teams
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to align project goals
Implement safety and compliance measures across all projects
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all project activities
Conduct regular project reviews and report on project status
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Qualification
Required
10+ years of construction experience
5+ years of project management experience in a commercial GC setting
Experience working on hard-bid projects
Experience managing fast paced tenant improvement/renovation projects
Proven success managing multiple clients and projects at a time
Preferred
Construction related degree strongly preferred
