Staff Development Coordinator RN

Conducting education, skills competencies, training, clinical observations, and quality assurance audit tools as directed by the Director of Nursing Services
Assisting with new employee hiring
Champion employee recognition and retention programs
Serving as an advocate for growth and development within the company

Required

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license
