Responsibilities
Prepare plumbing estimates, takeoffs, and proposals
Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout
Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and schedules
Track budgets, change orders, and overall project costs
Review drawings, specs, and scopes to ensure accurate execution
Qualification
Required
Experience in commercial plumbing project management and estimating
Strong ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
Proven scheduling, budgeting, and coordination skills
Clear communication with field teams, vendors, and clients
