NetSuite Account Manager - Denver
Oracle is a world leader in cloud solutions, and they are seeking a NetSuite Account Manager to maintain relationships with a portfolio of NetSuite customers. The role involves upselling and cross-selling business application solutions, driving pipeline activities, and ensuring customer growth and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Works to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory
Sells to the territory directly or via partners
Utilizes inbound and/or outbound techniques to identify, qualify and close new opportunities
Manages accounts throughout the entire sales process, and collaborates with team members in business development, consulting and support to uncover all customer needs
Responsible for understanding Oracle's product offerings and competitive issues to develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application
Travels to customer sites to identify / develop sales opportunities
Participates in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition
Onsite customer presentation with C-levels to negotiate and close strategic and complex deals
Liaises with customer contacts for the purpose of managing the customer relationship, identifying new opportunities and maximizing sales
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of SaaS/Technology sales (or similar)
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Strong experience working in collaborative, team-based environments
Outstanding writing skills and a friendly, thoughtful, and effective communication style
Attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and quick turnaround times
Ability to maintain relationships within a portfolio of NetSuite customers
Experience in upselling and cross-selling business application solutions
Ability to analyze customers' business needs and develop strategies for customer growth, satisfaction, and retention
Experience in negotiating and closing business deals
Willingness to travel 20% annually for onsite visits with customers

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
