Responsibilities
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe, organized work environment
Verify job orders, materials, and tooling components meet customer specifications and revision levels
Retrieve, inspect, and prepare tooling components for production setup
Perform accurate and timely machine changeovers and adjustments
Fine-tune press settings to ensure high-quality finished goods
Record production data, including setup, teardown, and quality measurements
Collaborate with packers to ensure products meet quality standards
Perform minor machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Maintain housekeeping standards within the thermoforming area
Assist with reclaim quality checks and adhere to reclaim procedures
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools (micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, etc.)
Basic math and measurement skills
Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
Team-oriented mindset with positive interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and follow detailed technical procedures
