Key Account Manager

They are seeking a Key Account Manager to strategically partner with top-tier merchants, helping them maximize their brand growth through operational expertise and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Deeply understand your assigned merchant’s business and goals
Partner closely with operations teams to help merchants navigate fulfillment processes and resolve issues effectively
Build and maintain a trusted, long-term relationship as the go-to contact
Provide regular updates on order flows, shipments, support tickets, integrations, and growth recommendations
Collaborate internally to improve merchant support programs and satisfaction
Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth by guiding merchants toward additional services
Be involved in day-to-day operations to gain insights into how ShipMonk serves merchants
Qualification
Required
3+ years in Account Management or Client Success
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Willingness to travel to facilities or client locations as needed
Proactive, solution-oriented, and enthusiastic mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Must be based in Fort Worth, Texas
Preferred
1+ year in a management role
formal operations experience
experience managing a single key account
experience with WMS or Salesforce
