Accela Healthcare is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to oversee all aspects of payroll operations. This role involves ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing while leading the payroll team and collaborating with HR, Finance, and Operations.

Responsibilities

Direct and manage the end-to-end payroll process for all employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws

Oversee payroll staff, providing leadership, training, and performance management

Develop, implement, and maintain payroll policies, procedures, and systems

Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to align payroll with employee data, benefits, and reporting requirements

Audit payroll data regularly to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies

Manage relationships with payroll vendors, tax authorities, and auditors

Review payroll reports for OT, Regular, Holiday Pay
