Responsibilities

Lead the enterprise strategy for revenue-generating third-party partnerships across Rooms, Entertainment, and Food & Beverage, aligned to MGM Resorts International’s growth priorities. Build, expand, and manage a high-value partnership portfolio that drives incremental revenue through account growth, selective new partnerships, and disciplined portfolio optimization. Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities using market insights, competitive benchmarking, and enterprise data such as demand signals, guest behavior, and performance analytics
Drive commercial performance by influencing pricing, packaging, and offer strategy in partnership with Revenue Management, Distribution, and Ticketing teams. Oversee partner merchandising and go-to-market execution with Marketing and Commerce to ensure third-party offers are competitive, on-brand, and effectively activated. Provide strategic oversight of ticketing partnerships to optimize distribution, demand access, and partner integration for live events and experiences
Apply strong commercial and financial judgment to evaluate partnership economics and lead negotiations that balance revenue growth, brand integrity, operational feasibility, and risk mitigation. Align cross-functional teams across Revenue, Marketing, Loyalty, Distribution, Ticketing, Technology, Finance, Legal, and TDD to ensure seamless execution. Champion continuous improvement by strengthening partnership governance, processes, and scalable operating models, while serving as a senior enterprise representative for MGM through executive-ready business cases and external partner and industry engagement

Required

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration or a related field
6+ years of prior relevant experience in business development, strategic account management, and/or sales strategy
Strong business acumen with a proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and account expansion
Ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships
Effective negotiation skills
Ability to execute data-driven sales strategies
