Responsibilities
Work and manage a leading portfolio of clients on brand concepts, marketing campaigns, enrollment, and website builds
Responsible for your book of business’s overall revenue, profitability, client retention, and client satisfaction
Work with clients and the internal team at EK to identify the best possible solution and process to reach the client’s goals within their budget and timeline
Identify growth strategies and partner with internal teams to identify qualified opportunities, respond to RFPs, pitch and win new work
Ensure that we have the data to inform our recommendations and prove we do effective work
Source radical transparent feedback from clients
Be bold about promoting our success via publishing content, and building personal community and brand
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years agency experience in digital marketing strategy or account management
Experience managing Wordpress website projects
Ability to drive meaningful, tangible results and provide examples of how work translates into revenue and profit
Consistently exceed clients' expectations of quality, service, and creativity
Passion for Higher Education and eagerness to focus work in this industry vertical
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage teams towards budget goals
Exceptional communication and attention to detail
Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning, including attending meetups, gaining certifications, and speaking at conferences
Preferred
Located in the Eastern time zone
Experience in digital account management, running website redesign projects and marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms and channels
