Responsibilities
Assist in content creation (graphics, videos, social media posts) for Rukus Avenue’s digital platforms
Support social media management, including scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, and tracking performance
Help develop and execute marketing campaigns for music releases, artist promotions, and radio content
Assist with video editing and podcast production for Rukus Avenue Radio
Conduct research on industry trends, audience engagement strategies, and emerging digital platforms
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new content ideas and media strategies
Assist in organizing and archiving media assets (photos, videos, audio files)
Provide support for live events, artist interviews, and promotional activities as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Film, or a related field
Passion for music, digital content, and storytelling, with a strong interest in South Asian entertainment
Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook) and content scheduling tools
Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or Canva
Strong writing skills for social media captions, blog posts, and promotional content
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
Knowledge of video editing and graphic design is a plus
Bonus: Experience in audio editing, music marketing, or podcast production
