Inside Sales Representative
NOW CFO is a nationwide consulting firm delivering accounting and financial solutions that help businesses succeed. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving new business, managing client relationships, and effectively presenting the company's value proposition.
Responsibilities
Drive new business by prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities with small to mid-sized businesses
Build and maintain strong client relationships to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Manage your sales pipeline and consistently hit activity and revenue targets
Present NOW CFO’s value proposition effectively to decision-makers
Track and report all sales activity using CRM tools
Qualification
Required
Proven B2B sales experience (inside sales, account management, lead generation, or business development)
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Proficiency with CRM systems for managing leads and opportunities
