Responsibilities

Develop New Business: Leverage your network of centers of influence, including bankers, wealth advisors, and attorneys, to identify and secure new business opportunities
Design Tailored Solutions: Create bespoke insurance programs with top-rated carriers, catering to the unique needs of high-net-worth individuals and families
Collaborate with Teams: Partner with Client Service Managers and account management teams to onboard new clients, manage relationships, and support the renewal process
Client Relationship Management: Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and retaining them as long-term partners
Team Sales Participation: Work collaboratively with other producers and support personnel in team sales situations
Leverage Technology: Apply industry-leading technologies to enhance sales, service, and client engagement
Business Planning: Prepare and implement an individual business plan and production budget to achieve your goals

Required

Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required OR Bachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience
A well-connected professional with an established network in the financial or insurance space
A passion for working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families
Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to design tailored solutions
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
A desire to learn and grow within the insurance industry, with access to industry-leading training and resources

Preferred

Professional designation may be preferred, including CAPI, CPRIA, CPCU
