Responsibilities
Lead multiple engineering teams in building scalable, high-quality products and solutions aligned with business objectives
Drive execution with structured project management, ensuring clear strategies and timely delivery
Optimize work breakdowns, parallel workstreams, and risk mitigation to improve efficiency
Ensure accountability for milestones, proactively tracking progress and managing risks
Maintain product health, scalability, and technical excellence for continuous improvement
Optimize engineering processes, streamline development workflows, release cycles, and cross-functional collaboration
Coach and mentor engineers and managers, fostering a high-performance culture of learning and innovation
Collaborate with Product, Security, and Business teams to align technical strategy with company goals and customer needs
Ensure security best practices and regulatory compliance in all development efforts
Manage resource planning and team capacity, ensuring efficient talent allocation and operational effectiveness
Leverage engineering metrics to drive continuous improvement in quality, velocity, and efficiency
Stay ahead of industry trends and drive innovation in technology, architecture, and development practices
Qualification
Required
BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership or management role
Experience leading and scaling high-performing engineering teams in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
Strong technical background in software development, cloud platforms, DevOps, and scalable architectures
Proven ability to manage software projects, aligning technical execution with business priorities
Excellent collaboration skills, with experience partnering across Product, Security, and Business teams
Experience working with Agile methodologies and modern development frameworks
Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability to change, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
A strong sense of curiosity, with a passion for innovation, continuous learning, and staying ahead of industry trends
Proven leader within a technology organization and demonstrable experience as a people manager
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow large high performing teams to meet business objectives and quality standards
