Educational Media Foundation K-LOVE & Air1 Media Networks is seeking a Legal Intern to support their Legal Department. The intern will assist attorneys with core legal tasks and gain hands-on experience in legal procedures, case management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and analyze statutes and case law

Draft documents including memos, motions, and contracts under attorney supervision

Assist with document review, discovery, and case file organization

Prepare trial binders and support litigation processes

Help with client communication and administrative duties

Contribute to projects such as creating a work product tracker or organizing the digital filing system

Complete a capstone project on topics like eliminating silos in legal workflows or developing a compliance advocacy program

Required

A current student in your first or second year (or just completed second year) of law school

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work on-site in Franklin, TN for the full internship period
