Responsibilities
Lead all accounting operations, including multi-location and international consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and IFRS/GAAP compliance
Supervise a distributed team: AR, AP (outsourced), payroll, and offshore accountants
Oversee monthly and year-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis
Support FP&A, budgeting, and cost control initiatives
Coordinate annual audits and tax filings
Drive process improvements, internal controls, and adoption of new technologies (AI, analytics)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
10+ years' progressive experience, including 5+ as Controller in a mid-to-large enterprise
Strong background in apparel, consumer packaged goods, logistics, import/export
Deep experience with consolidations, eliminations, IFRS/GAAP
Proven ability to lead teams and drive modernization
