The role involves educating customers on BMW models, conducting needs analysis, managing test drives, and supporting Sales Consultants throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities

Educate customers on product specifications, features, and benefits of all BMW models
Conduct needs analysis in collaboration with customers to identify the best solutions
Manage and coordinate the test drive process
Maintain a high level of product knowledge within the dealership
Support Sales Consultants throughout the sales process
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product usage, technology, and functionality
