Responsibilities

End-to-end Research: Take ownership of all phases of end-to-end research projects, including data collection, analysis, and reporting. Design and execute research methodologies tailored to project goals and objectives

Project Ownership: Lead, manage, and oversee all aspects of assigned research projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and as expected

Client Communication: Effectively communicate research findings and recommendations in clear, concise, and compelling formats. Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations to inform decision-making

Gaming domain experience

4+ years of experience in previous User Experience Research roles

Ability to run a study from end to end, including but not limited to preparing a research plan, survey development & distribution, data collection & analysis and presenting findings to clients

Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners

Excellent interpersonal skills in relation to communication, presentation, and client communication

Experience in the Gaming sector; gamification experience
