Responsibilities

Analyze business processes to identify opportunities where AI/ML and automation can deliver value
Develop, validate, and deployment of AI and machine learning models
Assist in data preparation, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis to support modeling efforts
Monitor model performance post-deployment and recommend improvements
Partner with product owners, AI Hub, Ops Hub, Platform teams, and business units to understand requirements and ensure AI solutions meet business goals
Translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
Work with data engineering teams to integrate AI models into scalable production workflows
Support responsible and ethical AI practices in line with enterprise governance frameworks
Participate in testing, validation, and documentation to ensure model accuracy, fairness, and compliance
Keep up to date with emerging AI trends, tools, and techniques to drive innovation within the team
Conduct research into new methodologies and present findings to enhance internal AI capabilities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
Prior experience in AI/ML, analytics, data science, or a related technical discipline
Proficiency with programming languages such as Python or R and experience with AI/ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Strong data manipulation and analysis skills, including SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI)
Graduating in Dec 2025 (U.S.)
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying

Preferred

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure) and data engineering concepts is a plus
