Lead face-to-face meetings regarding customer accounts and features
Collaborate with sales and implementation teams to understand client needs
Become a subject-matter expert on our platform and its functionality
Train and educate customers on product features
Deliver an exceptional customer experience to drive long-term adoption
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and internal teams
Preferred
Experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Sales within a SaaS company
