Customs Consulting Specialist

Responsibilities
Analyze and develop consulting services and products tailored to client and market needs
Plan and conduct internal or client-facing training sessions related to regulatory compliance and consulting offerings
Develop sales materials and proposals for consulting products, including presentations, brochures, and customized client documentation
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on service delivery
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customs compliance
Ensure team members understand and implement company controls, policies, procedures, processes, and applications
Conduct ongoing training, including attending seminars and conferences, to stay up to date with changes in customs regulations and trade agreements
Assist in the implementation and control of any new legislation or client requirements
Assists Regulatory/Customs compliance in resolving transactional issues entry, withdrawal, or inbound transit with customer, Customs Broker, or freight forwarder
Qualification
Required

Preferred
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
Experience in customs, regulatory consulting, or related fields preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, project-based environment
Bachelor's degree preferred
