Process all Medicare Hospice Notices (NOE/NOTR) promptly and follow up to confirm acceptance within the required timeline

Collaborate with the Intake team to verify patient benefits and consents, addressing potential issues prior to admission

Assist with audit of daily admissions and discharges

Daily completion of Medicare billing audit and claims submission processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with CMS requirements

Monitor and reconcile Medicare hospice claims daily; troubleshoot rejections, make timely corrections, and resolve issues to prevent payment delays
