Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a basic knowledge of the company’s services, product lines, sales territories, product applications, and pricing structures
Quoting products and pre-assemblies
Quoting a single product line within the vertical
Verifying pricing
Sourcing material. Collaborate with Account Managers, Operations, and Production Coordinators to address customer service issues
Learn to develop and maintain customer trust in the company as a quality, value-added solutions provider
Support Inside Sales Representatives and Managers within the vertical and occasionally other vertical teams with similar duties and responsibilities
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the role
Ability to perform job functions with supervision
Clear background check and drug/alcohol screening
Broad interests and willingness to engage in continuous learning and development
Lifting up to 25 pounds
Bending, stooping, ability to stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to travel and have a clear driving record in accordance to company driving guidelines
