The role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting PC hardware and software, as well as providing support to end users and performing network monitoring and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting PC hardware, software, and peripherals

Performing network monitoring, operations, and routine maintenance

Supporting end users with hardware/software needs and training

Applying updates, patches, and preventative maintenance for systems

Diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues using automated tools

Assisting with minor system tasks and field service support

Required

Associate's Degree with 7+ years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience

Perform STIGs & IAVA implementation for system devices, perform imaging of systems, CERP replacement, etc

Ability to interact with customers on a daily basis providing guidance and procedures concerning account requests, e-mail, home directories, file access/storage, local procedures, etc. as required to ensure mission success

Perform Level I/II Active Directory functions such as unlocking accounts, creating and issuing accounts, etc

DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II/8140 Computing Environment (CE) Certification as determined by the Program Manager is required prior to support on contract

IAT II 8570/8140 Baseline Certification Security+ or equivalent

Required Computing Environment Certification: MCSA Windows Server 2012, Solaris 10, Linux+, VCP5, Azure Administrator Fundamentals etc

Candidates must be able to obtain and/or maintain a Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance as a condition and continuation of employment
