Oracle is a world leader in cloud solutions, and they are seeking an experienced Principal Adoption Manager to lead their Adoption Consultants within the Oracle Health Strategic Consulting Services team. This role is critical in maximizing customer and caregiver value through effective leadership, people management, and oversight of Adoption Consulting engagements.

Responsibilities

Upholds and measures performance on organizational best practices and high-quality outcomes

Employee growth and development

Administrative and operational oversight of Adoption Consultants

Supports onboarding program and employee education initiatives

Contributes to Adoption Consulting best practices and manage engagement processes and tools

Develops and contributes to team initiatives and policies

Partners with SAA leadership and operations team on short-term and long-term goals

Meets financial plan, associate utilization targets, and budgets

Remains a student of the industry and company trends

Follows, partners, and develops based on product advancement and direction

Communicates with key stakeholders in a matrixed organization

Assists and leads employee experience initiatives

Supports Adoption Consulting customer work

Manages third-party program including operations, financials, onboarding, staffing, process development, and relationship management

Partners with Adoption Managers on successful delivery leveraging third party partners

Required

6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience and 1 year of engagement/team leadership experience

Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal clearance (US Citizen)

Preferred

Undergraduate Degree Or Equivalent Experience Preferred

At least 3 years of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting

Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
