Responsibilities
Manage and develop thermal models with cross-functional partners, balancing product performance with component limitations and user experiences
Understand technical implementation at the architecture level and propose technical alternatives when necessary
Interface with software and hardware engineers to estimate work efforts, define milestones, and manage resources
Drive features, track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status updates
Identify communication gaps, manage issue escalations and provide support to teams balancing competing priorities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program management
Experience in mobile devices, Hardware/Software/embedded software and Android software development
Experience in power, thermal or performance engineering
Preferred
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience developing new processes
Ability to navigate through ambiguity toward detailed solutions
Ability to partner with technical engineering teams and learn new technologies
Ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders
