Responsibilities
Manage residential civil design projects from concept through approvals
Coordinate grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway design plans
Work closely with engineers, designers, and reviewing agencies
Track schedules, deliverables, and design milestones
Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and permitting requirements
Qualification
Required
Direct experience managing residential civil engineering design projects
Strong understanding of land development, site design, and permitting
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary design teams
Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven communication
