Project setup, budgets, fee tracking, and financial reporting
Billing, A/R, and collections
Vendor and subconsultant invoicing
Contract and change-order support
Ongoing coordination with Project Managers and firm leadership
Qualification
Required
Direct AEC experience
Managing the financial side of projects from setup through closeout
Project setup, budgets, fee tracking, and financial reporting
Billing, A/R, and collections
Vendor and subconsultant invoicing
Contract and change-order support
Ongoing coordination with Project Managers and firm leadership
Deltek Vision or Deltek Vantagepoint (strongly preferred for architecture and engineering environments)
Ajera or similar A/E project accounting systems
Sage 300 CRE / Sage Timberline, Viewpoint Vista or Spectrum, CMiC (commonly used in construction environments)
Procore or similar project financial management tools
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas; Power Query or VBA a plus)
Project accounting experience within architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) environments
Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects
Detail-driven, organized, and comfortable partnering closely with PMs and operations teams
