They are seeking a Senior Manager of Strategy and Operations to collaborate with senior leaders, oversee decision-making processes, and support the CEO in critical projects and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with senior leaders on the development of proposals that meet the CEO’s expectations and standards

Oversees the preparation of written briefs on decisions for the CEO and Cabinet, analyzing pros and cons of options and business impact

Serves as a conduit of information and communication from the CEO office to senior leaders and departments, developing communication strategies for major initiatives

Collaborates with senior leaders to align and integrate systems and structures to drive performance and enhance organizational culture

Supports the CEO in completing critical projects including budgets, talent reviews, presentations to governance boards, and corporate assignments

Executes the annual planning process with the CEO, other other executive leaders

Leads project teams to develop strategies and business plans for new or emerging initiatives under the leadership of the CEO or an executive sponsor

Other duties as assigned

Tracks commitments and project tasks from executive leadership meetings and provides progress reports to the CEO and key leaders

Contributes research and data analytics for senior leadership team reviews and leads projects under the direction of the Director, Strategic Programs or Cabinet executive team members

Plans and develops agendas for key CEO meetings by collaborating with leadership and the CEO to prioritize agenda items

Develops and implements operational plans to support the CEO and senior leadership team

Facilitates strategic plan development, implementation, and deployment of projects across the division
