Responsibilities
Provide friendly and helpful service, including towel distribution and assisting with poolside activities
Monitor the safety of guests in the pool area and keep the pool deck and recreation areas clean
Lead daily activities, kids' programs, and assist with special events
Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues and help arrange pool furniture and equipment
Complete paperwork for checklists, inventories, and accounting
Work independently when needed, while following company guidelines and standards
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and guest service skills
Experience with cash handling, Micros POS system, and basic computer tasks
Ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weight, and move furniture
At least 6 months of hospitality or service-related experience
CPR certified (or willing to obtain certification)
