Responsibilities
Manage relationships with external law firms and consultants to ensure effective legal support
Oversee a centralized contract management system (WEBDOX), including electronic signatures and full contract lifecycle
Handle diverse agreements (NDAs, vendor, distributor, consultant, merchandising, etc.) and maintain accurate records
Support intellectual property by coordinating trademark registrations and reviewing marketing materials for compliance
Provide legal oversight for marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and promotional content
Manage legal claims and litigation, collaborating with external counsel on resolutions
Monitor compliance, design policies, and ensure adherence to local and international standards
Deliver ongoing legal support for regulatory and compliance requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
7+ years of experience in legal and compliance management
Strong background in contract management systems (WEBDOX experience is a plus)
Knowledge of intellectual property laws and compliance regulations
Proven ability to manage legal claims and litigation
Fluent in English and Spanish
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
International legal and business experience in compliance, corporate governance, negotiation, and client relations
Team-oriented, results-driven, and proactive
Preferred
WEBDOX experience is a plus
