Responsibilities
Lead the ideation, conceptualization, and design of new product features from inception to delivery, ensuring seamless user experiences and intuitive functionality
Create storyboards, user flows and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas to key stakeholders
User & stakeholder research, gathering user feedback and integrating insights to refine design
Work closely with the Head of design, product team and the broader engineering team to translate user requirements into actionable designs that align with engineering feasibility and user needs
Champion a user-centric mindset, ensuring designs prioritize user needs while balancing business objectives
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience in UX/UI design
Experience creating with AI tools such as Cursor, Loveable, Replit or Figma Make
Experience working with and designing for B2B software companies
A strong appreciation of quality, attention to detail and pride of craft
Strong understanding of current design standards for modern devices and browsers
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
Understanding (HTML, CSS, Java script)
Excellent oral and written communication skills (multiple languages is a plus)
