The Propulsion, Suspension & Controls Engineer will be responsible for developing and integrating propulsion and control strategies, calibrations, and diagnostics to ensure efficiency, drivability, and safety in collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities

Contribute to propulsion control projects
Analyze test data and iterate parameters to meet performance and safety objectives
Document interfaces and changes; support prototype/pilot bring-up and issue triage

Qualification

Required

BS/MS in Electrical, Controls, Mechatronics, or equivalent hands-on experience
5+ years of experience with control systems and embedded software in an electromechanical product
Comfort with lab work, data analysis, and iterative tuning on hardware
Familiarity with vehicle networks and system integration is helpful
Qualified candidates working from our EV facility and HQ in Woburn, MA (20 minutes from downtown Boston) are preferred and will be prioritized
State whether they can either work full time in Woburn MA or are open to relocation to the NorthEast area
