Responsibilities

Propose, research, develop, and document realizable solutions from modeling and simulation of radar processing and self-protection techniques

Interact with program sponsors and customers to understand program priorities, share analysis results, and introduce new concepts

Participate in design reviews, technical interchanges, working groups, and program status meetings, either as a presenter or as a reviewer

Provide critical design feedback and offer potential solutions to any design deficiencies during design reviews, technical interchanges, working groups, and program status meetings

Participate in meetings and collaboration events at DoD and vendor locations

Required

5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience

3+ years of experience in Radar or RF systems

Good written and oral communication skills

Self-starter – takes the initiative to research, learn, and deliver. Anticipates the play

Team player – humble, collaborative, focused on making sure the entire team succeeds, wiliness to share knowledge with junior engineers

CLEARANCE: Minimum Secret clearance is required to start

Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance with advanced security checks
